Chinese premier Li: there is no winner in trade war between US and China

The Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China, Li Keqiang, speaking on the state media, was quoted saying:

   •  Should speed up negotiations with US to address disputes and trade friction
   •  China will treat domestic and foreign firms equally
   •  China will not enforce foreign firms to transfer technology
   •  To further strengthen IP rights
   •  China will open up its door wider (with regards to economy)
